The names of the 32 finalists in the PricewaterhouseCoopers New Zealand Hi-Tech Awards 2007 have been released, with the winner to be revealed at a Gala award on November 3 in Wellington. The awards recognise the leading entrepreneurs and innovators from the information and communications technology sector. CIO New Zealand editor Divina Paredes is a finalist in the Fronde Journalist Award. She was the winner in the 2006 award as editor of MIS Magazine, which has since merged with CIO.
