The Ministry of Social Development has chosen Planview as its preferred supplier for an enterprise portfolio management solution.
MSD is the lead agency of a 15-agency procurement process.
CIO David Habershon says the procurement process is not yet complete, being subject to the approval of a business case and successful contract negotiations.
“If MSD enters into a contract with Planvew, it does not obligate any other agency to also contract with Planvew,” he says. “However, it is intended that the contract will contain provisions for other government agencies to join the procurement during the term of the contact.
“Given the procurement process is still under way, we are not in a position to provide any further information at this time.”
