Enprise Solutions has bought the MYOB EXO business of Very Impressive Software and will take over its Wellington office as part of a national growth strategy.
Group CEO Mark Loveys says Enprise’s Auckland and Waikato branches are experiencing strong growth and that he expects Wellington to be similar. “We’ve taken on three specialist MYOB EXO staff from Impressive Software and we expect to hire more staff during 2010.
“It’s logical for us to keep heading south, probably Christchurch next, then Dunedin. Getting close to the customer is the right formula for us.”
Enprise will take over responsibility for support contracts with the 120 existing MYOB EXO customers of Very Impressive Software, which will continue to separately operate its software development business.
Peter Chung, a Very Impressive Software director, has been appointed Enprise Wellington regional manager. He says customer response to the change in ownership has been very favourable.
