Xero has made a major break into the UK market, entering into a reseller agreement with British Telecom in which Xero’s hosted accounting software will be sold via BT’s applications service portal.
The deal is similar to one Xero struck with Telstra earlier this year, in which Xero is offered as part of Telstra’s T-suite business portal.
According a statement from Xero on the NZ Stock Exchange website, Xero will be integrated into the BT platform over the next two months and will be available to BT small business customers from July.
