Rhoda Phillippo to leave Kordia

Kordia announced at public meeting that board member Rhoda Phillippo will leave at the end of the year

Kordia has announced that Rhoda Phillippo has stepped down from her position on the board of directors.

At a public meeting hosted by the state owned enterprise last month, Kordia CEO Geoff Hunt told the audience the news.

Phillippo has served on the board as an independent director since 2009. Hunt says Phillippo's appointment will officially end on December 31.

Phillippo is in charge of IT and human resources at Infratil Group and is chair of its mobile company Snapper Services. She is also a director Infratil’s Australian company Lumo Energy.

Phillippo, who was known previously as Rhoda Holmes, has previously held senior roles in the Telecom and Clear Communications.
