Listed Australian document and content management company Objective Corporation has begun formal due diligence ahead of a proposed take-over of Queensland enterprise content provider Avand.
Formerly known as Advanced Data Integration, Avand is the developer of DataWorks, an enterprise content management system which is used by around 200 organisations in New Zealand and Australia.
