Three NZ firms win Indian export deals

Sonar6, SMX and DLS benefit from Massey Uni partnership

Massey University's partnership with Indian IT giant CMC, a subsidiary of Tata, has reaped rewards for three local technology firms.

Graphical talent management software company Sonar6, email security company SMX and e-learning developer DLS have all struck deals under the partnership, formed less than six months ago.

CMC will resell Sonar6 and DLS products and will set up a trial of SMX's system before preparing a business plan with the company.

The CMCTEC partnership is with Massey University's e-centre. The partnership is designed to make access to the Indian market for local technology companies swift and to reduce risk.
