Borland inks partnership

dynaTrace combines with Borland's SilkPerformer to isolate performance issues through load and stress testing

A new technology partnership has caught the eye of several New Zealand organisations, which have indicated they’re looking at proofs of concepts, says Borland’s Australasian sales director, Chris Gray.

The partnerships are with Codefast, dynaTrace Software and Ring-Zero Software, each of which will provide technologies designed to bolster Borland’s lifecycle management solution. It’s the dynaTrace diagnostics option that the New Zealand companies are showing interest in, Gray says.

dynaTrace combines with Borland’s SilkPerformer to isolate performance issues through load and stress testing and tracing the root cause of performance bottlenecks.

“Traditionally, performance testing tools highlight problems but they won’t necessarily tell you where they are. dynaTrace identifies this, so there is a much quicker time to getting a fix," Gray says.
