It’s business as usual for New Zealand Lantastic agent Campbell Software, despite the fact that the product vendor Artisoft has shut its Australian office.

“In fact, it’s our understanding that all the international offices, other than in the UK and Japan, have been shut,” says managing director Stuart Campbell. “Artisoft is going to concentrate on the US market.

The reason given for the Australian office closing was loss of market share to Microsoft.

Campbell says it’s also true in New Zealand that market share has been lost to NT in the standard desktop environment.
