Changes at the top as Xero announces organisation restructure

Xero has announced that Ross Jenkins, its Chief Operating Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer, will retire by the end of this calendar year following a transition to incoming Chief Financial Officer, Sankar Narayan.

The Wellington-based software company announced the appointment of Narayan in June of this year.

Narayan is currently Chief Financial Officer for Virgin Australia and will take up his new role at Xero this October.

In a release to the New Zealand Stock Exchange, Andrew Lark, currently Xero’s Chief Marketing Officer, will expand his responsibilities, with immediate effect, to cover all go-to-market activities including sales, marketing, education and partnering.
