Skinny Mobile has extended its business offerings with the launch of Skinny Broadband, available in selected 4G areas nationally.
Billed as a “low cost, no frills” internet service, the new offering will operate on Spark’s 4G network, offering customers in New Zealand 60GB data plans.
“You simply plug in your modem and you’re ready to go - you can set up in under five minutes,” says Ross Parker, General Manager, Skinny Mobile.
“We've been rated number one in Prepay Value and in Customer Satisfaction and we're translating that winning formula into our broadband service.
“We’re committed to being the best value player in the broadband market.”
According to Parker, Kiwis can buy 60GB of data for $55 a month and a one off modem cost of $199.
In addition, customers can sign up online with the service also offered without a landline.
“The average household uses approximately 45GB a month, so 60GB is plenty of data for most,” Parker adds.
Parker says an online address checker is available on the Skinny website so customers can check whether Skinny 4G Broadband will be available at their home.
