Liquid IT to represent LMNTRIX in NZ

Company to offer LMNTRIX's threat response technology

Wellington based Liquid IT has become the New Zealand partner for Australian IT security company LMNTRIX, a developer of what it calls an adaptive threat response technology that “hunts down and eliminates the advanced and unknown threats that routinely bypass perimeter controls.”

Liquid IT was recently appointed to the Government’s Telecommunications as a Service (TaaS) panel enabling it to provide connectivity and managed security services.

Liquid IT director, Stathie Tzitziras, said his company’s appointment as LMNTRIX distributor would enable his company to offer “cyber defence services that no other technology company in New Zealand can provide.”

LMNTRIX claims its technology allows it to “detect and investigate the threats that others fail to even identify.” It says: “Not only can we see the threats that others are blind to, we do so with great speed and accuracy.”

Its technology can be deployed in-house or deployed from the LMNTRIX cloud.

LMNTRIX was founded by Sydney-based entrepreneur Carlo Minassian in 2016. He was also the founder of managed security services provider Earthwave, which he sold to Dimension Data in 2013 for tens of millions of dollars, according to reports.

He also took on the role of general manager for managed security services at Dimension Data.
