Agile sheds staff following Avaya distribution changes

Communications specialist Agile has disestablished a small number of roles, as it repositions for growth after changes to its vendor partner Avaya’s local distribution model.

Last October, Avaya announced Distribution Central would take responsibility for distributing Avaya’s unified communications and contact centre technologies in New Zealand, while Agile would remain the vendor’s key partner focused on growing the trans-Tasman customer base. Distribution Central had already had a nine-month partnership with Avaya in Australia. Read more on Reseller News
