PAL testing complete
But the Parliamentary Counsel Office won't yet give a date for roll-out of the system

Acceptance testing has been completed on the long-delayed Public Access to Legislation System (PAL).
While confirming completion of testing, the Parliamentary Counsel Office won’t yet give a date for roll-out of the system. The PCO earlier indicated the system would be introduced in parallel with a three-month phase-out of the old system “expected to be sometime late in 2007”.
