Hewlett-Packard is close to finalising its takeover of services company CSC.

Hewlett-Packard is close to finalising its takeover of services company CSC.

CSC New Zealand head Kimbal Riley is understood to have left and gone overseas. His replacement is acting managing director Andrew Murray, former CSC applications services manager, who has been at CSC for 13 years.

Murray will be answerable to Mark Bowman, Hewlett-Packard's services head.

HP New Zealand manager Barry Hastings says CSC will become part of the HP services division, though details of the integration won't be announced for several weeks.

Hastings says he also cannot comment on what happens to CSC's 90 staff, who will join the 50 existing HP services staff.
