IBM to move out of current Wellington office

It’s believed that IBM has taken a lease on a half-floor in the State Insurance building in Willis Street.

IBM will move out of the Majestic Centre in Wellington when its lease expires at the end of May.

An IBM spokesperson says that mobility and remote working has changed the way IBM teams do their work. “Therefore, we no longer require this space and do not intend to renew the lease when it expires.”
