MYOB strengthens its HR hand with new regional hire

Accounting software provider MYOB has appointed Alla Keogh as the new Head of People and Performance, taking over the company’s entire HR team.

Bringing over 15 years of experience in the professional, financial, and IT service industries, Keogh will work within MYOB’s executive team to identify opportunities to continue to lift the organisational capability across the company.

MYOB CEO Tim Reed says Keogh’s “extensive Human Resources experience” across a number of industries and sectors made her the perfect candidate to lead MYOB’s People and Performance team.

Reed adds that the assembly of the newly restructured People and Performance team will partner closely with the company’s senior leaders to ensure innovative and best people and management practice across the whole organisation with Keogh leading MYOB’s human resource strategy across the entire MYOB business.
