Spark’s TaaS services now include Cisco’s hosted collaboration solutions, Microsoft Skype for Business and Genesys’ PureCloud cloud based contact centre. PureCloud was developed by Interactive Intelligence, acquired by Genesys in December 2016.

Spark said PurCloud would enable eligible agencies government agencies of all sizes to change they way manage customer interactions in ways that were both cost-effective and scalable.

Genesys ANZ vice president, Gwilym Funnell, said PureCloud offered low up-front capital requirements, simple deployment, high levels of security and responsive scalability.

Spark says it already delivers TaaS services to over 160 government agencies.
