Talent2 and the Ministry of Education have agreed that the management and operation of the Novopay payroll service will transition from Talent2 to a new government owned company on 17 October 2014
The Novopay saga began in 2005 when Australian human resources and outsourcing provider Talent2 outbid 10 other potential providers to win a deal to replace the Ministry of Education's payroll system.
The transition to the Ministry of Education’s new payroll system has been delayed.
Australian HR and payroll outsourcer Talent2 will this month begin implementing a $62 million, 110,000-user schools payroll system for the Ministry of Education, a system originally scheduled to be completed this year.
