SmartPay has changed its name to SmartPay Holdings Ltd, to better reflect its status as a holding company for businesses operating in both New Zealand and Australia, the company announced this morning.
SmartPay has today announced that its board has confirmed its strategy for a listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.
SmartPay has appointed its Andrew Donaldson as New Zealand chief executive. Donaldson joined SmartPay last year as chief financial officer and, before that, was managing director at conference company BrightStar.
SmartPay is considering listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Payment services provider Smart Pay has raised $4.3 million through a share placement. The capital raised will be used as working capital.
