SAP has unveiled upgrades to its SAP CRM 2007 software that add support for Web 2.0 applications.
The upgraded software will improve interaction between end-users and partners, say SAP officials.

The updated software also adds the SAP Real-Time Offer Management module, which can be used to calculate customer data and specific session information, the company said. A new SAP Business Communications Management feature provides a an IP-based "contact call centre" setting to route, queue and manage communications between internal, external and outsourced sources, SAP says.
